The Ex Libris Product User Group, UK and Ireland, is open to any institution which has licensed at least one of the products from Ex Libris. Our membership ranges from consortia and large Universities to smaller institutions and covers the entire product range. Find out more about EPUG-UKI.

Our annual subscription charge is currently £100 per calendar year, which is reviewed annually at our AGM.

For this cost you are entitled to attend our regular EPUG-UKI and Product meetings, where we allow plenty of time for networking; as well as our training events and other meetings (which may include discussions on the relative merits of proposed developments to the Products from a UK perspective). We aim to ensure that venues are chosen to be able to accommodate representation from each member, though some training events may have limited spaces available.

We also have a range of email lists where you can draw upon the expertise of other members – and if you choose not to become a member, you can still utilise these lists (as long as you have a licenced product from Ex Libris) although of course we’d prefer it if you could join!

• you accept the subscription rate on behalf of your institution
• a contact name/job title/email
• a contact name/address for the invoice
• (some sites also require a Purchase Order Number to be quoted on any such invoice)
