Monthly Alma webinars

We have a webinar each month to discuss Alma and any related topics, looking through the release notes, asking questions, and solving problems. The dates and times for the rest of 2020 are:

  • Thursday 24 September, 11.00 am – 12.00 pm
  • Tuesday 27 October, 11.00 am – 12.00 pm
  • Thursday 26 November, 2.00 – 3.00 pm
  • (no Webinar in December)

See our Alma webinars – rolling agenda and notes document to look over the topics discussed in the past and to contribute agenda items for future meetings. Join our Microsoft Teams meeting at the start of each session to take part. If you have any questions about the webinars or ideas about how they could be developed, please email the EPUG-UKI-ALMA list.

**Cancelled** EPUG-UKI AGM

After various discussions with EPUG-UKI committee members, speakers due to speak, and BL Hosts, we have decided to cancel the EPUG-UKI AGM next Monday.

Many Universities are moving to, or have already moved to, essential travel only.

Apologies to those who have made travel plans. We are looking into what sessions we may provide access to online over the next few weeks, if we can. For those due to speak we will be in touch.

We will be looking for conference dates later in the year – all being well we will keep our meeting in October and potentially run an AGM in June if we can.

I will be checking our constitution to make sure any business which we are obliged to cover at AGM can be done online or deferred to October.

Please stay well.

All the best,

Alex (on behalf of the committee)
