After various discussions with EPUG-UKI committee members, speakers due to speak, and BL Hosts, we have decided to cancel the EPUG-UKI AGM next Monday.

Many Universities are moving to, or have already moved to, essential travel only.

Apologies to those who have made travel plans. We are looking into what sessions we may provide access to online over the next few weeks, if we can. For those due to speak we will be in touch.

We will be looking for conference dates later in the year – all being well we will keep our meeting in October and potentially run an AGM in June if we can.

I will be checking our constitution to make sure any business which we are obliged to cover at AGM can be done online or deferred to October.
